It's true... I do not participate with insurance, but we will help you get everything you need to submit to your insurance. When the visit is done it can be submitted out of network and your insurance may reimburse YOU. Call them to find out the specifics about your benefits.WE collect payment at time of visit . Submit receipts to your HSA for reimbursement as well! Things like this are why you have it!

I consider the first 3 visits crucial: you will be asked to book 3 visits initially. If you choose not to , I cannot promise that the timing will be maximally therapeutic.
we are generally booking appointments on the hour unless otherwise specified by physician.level of complexity is decided by physician at time of service and is not a time dependent factor .
- Initial appointment : 350.00
- High complexity follow up : 300.00 (typically for long gaps in treatment or new problems)
- Moderate complexity follow up : 250.00
- Low complexity follow up: 150.00 (something quick and easy or short suspense for quick relief)
- Joint injection: 70.00 (because sometimes a little steroid can go a long way)
- Have I seen you in the past? We will bypass the initial exam charge if it's been less than 2 years since your last visit.
